Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jewelor.co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer a smooth and reliable shopping experience with a 7-day easy return and exchange policy.

7-Day Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The product must be in perfect condition without any scratches, damage, or alterations

  • You must provide a valid order ID or invoice

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Sale Items (Final Sale)

All products purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer are considered final sale.

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

This policy applies under all circumstances except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take full responsibility.

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos for verification

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refund Process:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–8 business days

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (details will be collected by our team)

Important Notes:

  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed after the returned product is received and verified

  • Subject to product availability

  • Replacement items are delivered within 5–8 business days

Return Shipping

  • First return/exchange per order is free

  • Any additional returns from the same order will incur shipping charges, to be borne by the customer

If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Option 1: Via Return Portal
You can initiate your return directly through our return portal: https://jewelor.co/pages/returns-exchange

Steps:

  1. Enter your registered phone number

  2. Enter your order number

  3. Click on “Find My Order”

  4. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange

  5. Upload required images (if prompted)

  6. Submit your request

Option 2: Via Email

  1. Email us at support@jewelor.co within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID and product images

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Additional Terms

  • Returns may be declined if the product does not pass our quality inspection

  • We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive or suspicious activity
